CASE-ing Tuesday #127

Today I am blogging from Texas.  We are all here from Iowa visiting our daughter who is stationed in Texas.  Both she and her husband are in the Air Force. It has been a whirlwind but I wouldn't want it any other way.

This is a quick and easy card to make when you need to make a bunch of thank you's for all those Christmas gifts you received.  Still has that winter feel but not a Christmas feel.

The background is stamped with smoky slate and I used Night of Navy on the greeting.  Ran a piece of Night of Navy through the big shot using the cable knit embossing folder.  Then I cut the mittens out with the Smitten Mittens die cut.  At first, I put the mittens on plain but they were just missing something, this gives them just that little bit of texture I believe.

CASE-ing Tuesday #126

Today is week four of the CASE-ing Tuesday blog. I decided to make a few Thank You's with this CASE.  I always like to have extra Thank You's on hand cause it seems like whenever I need one I am always out.  When I make cards I try to do 6-8 at a time.  That way I always have extra laying around.  Hope you enjoy it and get a little inspiration.

CASE-ing Tuesday #125

Today is CASE-ing #125.  In case you haven't been following along I am blogging for a group CASE-ing Tuesday where we CASE (Copy and Share Everything) one time a week.  I love doing this cause it always gives me a starting point. The starting point is the card on the left out of the 2017 Holiday Catalog.  I did use the same set as they used but changed the colors and ribbon.

Today cards is a sympathy card but you could easily change the saying to Thank You, Thinking of You, or whatever strikes your fancy for the day.

CASING-Tuesday #124

Today I am blogging again for CASING-Tuesday.  Which means Copy and Share Everything.  The inspiration card is on the right and the one on the left is what I designed.  I just love this snowman.  And that cute little rabbit hiding behind.

I did this in the non-traditional Christmas colors.  I love Christmas colors but sometimes I like to try different colors.  The colors I used on this card were pool party and real red.  What are your favorite color combinations for Christmas?

Glad you stopped by to check out my card.  Follow me on Facebook, Pinterest, or stop on over to my Stampin Up Website.
